All foreign applicants are requested to read the college admission procedures for candidates who obtained their high school diploma outside the territory of the Republic of Poland. Please read these procedures prior to the submission of your application.

Information for international students seeking admission at the College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin (WSPA).

A candidate applying for a course at WSPA is obliged to submit a complete set of following documents:

  • Application form – available on the official college website: www.rekrutacja.wspa.pl. The application form can also be completed in person in the Recruitment and Promotion Department (room 114) on the premises of WSPA.
  • The Original High School Final Examination Diploma accompanied by its certified translation into Polish – applies to the candidates for the undergraduate programme (a bachelor’s degree course)
  • Nostrification CertificateThis document is required in case there is no bilateral agreement between Poland and the country in which a high school final examination diploma has been issued.  It is also required in the case of countries which have signed the bilateral agreement on mutual recognition of education with Poland but nevertheless the agreement does not regulate the recognition of the document in question. The Statement of Equal Value of foreign educational qualifications with the Polish high school final examination diploma is needed in the case of countries in which the documents issued are officially recognized in Poland.
  • Photocopy of a  visa (the original available for inspection) or a temporary residence card, or any other document proving the holder’s permission to stay in Poland.
  • Current medical examination certificate stating no objections to studying (regarding the chosen faculty and the mode of studies).
  • Two photos

In addition, within 30 days of the admission the successful applicant has to present the insurance policy that covers against the risk of accidental injury or the cost of medical treatment for the entire period of study in Poland, as well as the European Health Insurance Card or an insurance agreement signed with the National Health Fund.

Moreover, all international applicants need to present one of the following documents confirming their good command of Polish:

  • Certificate of completing a one-year preparatory course for foreigners who plan to undertake studies in Polish in units designed by the Minister of Higher Education.
  • Certificate confirming Polish language knowledge as a foreign language issued by Państwowa Komisja Poświadczenia Znajomości Języka Polskiego jako obcego.

If you are not the holder of any of the above mentioned documents, your level of Polish can be verified by WSPA as satisfactory for academic purposes (in accordance with the WSPA international recruitment procedures).
